Our Purpose Reached
Creating a set of innovative business models to provide different strategies and high opportunities, "TAKES3" aims to scaling entrepreneurship chances in the youth sector. Consultations, interviews with experts and entrepreneurs, cross-sectoral cooperation and commitment built an entrepreneurial youth work community dedicated to multiply employability and uphold progress and innovation.
Objectives
Strengthening the employability of young people by shaping a quality entrepreneurship portfolio made of 50 Business Models usable in multiple ways from youth workers in their activities as well from young entrepreneurs to be adopted and launch or rebrand their own business and enterprises for young people for a more consistent career guidance and help to youth.
Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport by helping and supporting NEET and youth diasporas/migrants in the process of having equal and fair job opportunities and providing competences for their integration and worklife in our countries.
Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity by enhancing digital, hybrid and sustainable businesses built for youth career path.
Empowering Youth (Work) through skills and competences
Our Erasmus+ KA220 "TAKES3 - Tools for Advanced Keys to Employability, Entrepreneurship and Education Skill-making" aims at creating a set of digital, frontal and hybrid tools and educational activities aiming at the support of entrepreneurial models of young people with fewer opportunities and minorities, refugees, youth in diaspora with a look on sustainability and digitalisation/hybridisation of the models.
